Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The McCormick Scottsdale had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed the clean room with a sweet lake view, the check-in process was a hassle, and the unprofessional demeanor of the staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. The restaurant had great food, but overall, the service could really improve for a resort experience.
I had a mixed experience at The McCormick Scottsdale. While the beautiful views and friendly staff were highlights of my stay, the condition of my room was concerning. The dated infrastructure and some cleanliness issues left me wanting more.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was nice and relaxing, right by the lake with stunning views, which I really appreciated. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the rooms felt quite bare and reminded me of a budget motel. Overall, it was decent, but I wouldn't rush back based solely on the room situation.
My stay at The McCormick Scottsdale had its highs and lows. While I enjoyed the beautiful views and the friendly staff, I couldn't overlook the outdated condition of the room I was assigned. The service was generally helpful, but there were noticeable cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed due to the lack of upkeep, especially considering the price I paid. 😕🏨
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was fantastic and made our stay special, especially with the thoughtful anniversary gift. On the other hand, the rooms were quite noisy, making it hard to sleep, and the dining options felt overpriced for what we got. The location by the lake was beautiful, but the early check-out process was a bit hectic. Overall, great service but the room comfort and dining value left something to be desired.
My stay at The McCormick Scottsdale had its ups and downs. While the beautiful views and the pool area were enjoyable, I encountered significant issues with my room. On the plus side, the staff provided exceptional service, particularly at check-in, making the process smooth. However, I faced problems with the accommodations and was disappointed by the comfort of the bed, which impacted my overall experience.
My stay at The McCormick Scottsdale had its ups and downs. The pool was unfortunately closed during my visit in October, which was disappointing given the scorching 106-degree weather. On the bright side, breakfast was delightful, and I received great service from the staff, but some miscommunication at the bar left me feeling a bit frustrated.
This hotel boasts a terrific location, making it easy to explore Phoenix and enjoy nearby attractions. The rooms were remodeled, clean, and comfortable, though a bit basic and could use some updates. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff. While the prices were reasonable, the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially for breakfast, which could use more variety. Overall, I felt it was good value for money.
The hotel has a convenient location close to restaurants and shops, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired, with noise issues and an overall need for upgrades. The service was friendly, but the amenities, like the breakfast and facilities, didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, I felt the price didn’t match the value I received, especially given the state of the room.
The hotel had a beautiful location with a great view of the lake, which was definitely a highlight for me. However, the rooms felt outdated and could use some serious upgrades. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I was disappointed that they wouldn't credit my current stay. Overall, it's a nice place, but it comes at a higher price point with some areas needing improvement.
